Production
Bigway Aluminum manages the entire production process, from molding to packaging, at its own facilities, using high technology and quality standards.
Extrusion Line
Heated aluminum gains shape in powerful press lines. This process determines the strength and homogeneity of the profile.
Dimensional Accuracy and Precision Cutting Line
Products coming out of the Dimensional Accuracy and Precision Cutting line according to customer requirements first undergo quality control processes, where the necessary dimensional accuracy and precision cutting operations are applied.
Thermal Furnace
The aluminum profiles coming out of the extrusion line are taken to the thermal furnace to remove the internal stresses and harden them. The process is typically carried out at around 180-200 °C and with a holding time of several hours (such as 4-8-10 hours).
Paint Unit
Profiles are colored using electrostatic powder coating technology. In addition to their aesthetic appearance, they are given maximum resistance to corrosion and external factors.
Nexus Measurement Device
In our aluminum production facility, we provide quality assurance reporting services to our customers by automatically displaying the geometric tolerances and cross-sectional dimensions of the profiles with our "Nexus Measurement Device" in our quality control laboratory.
Mechanical Process
Machining, cutting, drilling, grooving or special geometric processes are carried out here. Project-specific production needs are completed on precision machines.
Quality Control and Packaging
Every profile produced is tested for dimensions, strength and surface quality. Approved products are packaged with special protection and packaging systems for shipment.
